Trying to Go Home: The requirements I've been complying

It's not economically and psycho-socially wise anymore to be away from them but also it is vital that we stay indoors-- to keep the virus from spreading or catch it. I joined a group chat of people who are from the same province as I am. There is no clear information out there that gives us a step by step process on how to go home.
